Zurich, Switzerland

Hi! This is Kristi and Brenna's trip to Italy and Switzerland (June, 2018) - with visits from Nicole, Sara, and Mike (and Val and Claudia in Cinque Terre). It should be an adventure! I just arrived from Denver; Brenna has been in the Ukraine and now Munich; Sara and Mike are already in Zurich; Nicole is coming from Germany; Val and Claudia are coming from Milan - we are all meeting up at various points headed to La Spezia/Cinque Terre tomorrow.

The plan for our trip: hiking Cinque Terre, visiting Tuscany, Lake Como, Verona, Venice, and Grindewald and other sites in the Swiss Alps (using a combination of a rental car and trains). We'll be moving fast! :)

DAY 1: ZURICH

While Sara was working (and Brenna was traveling to Munich), Mike and I toured Zurich and took a lovely bike ride on the lake for most of the day. When Sara got home, we took a lovely stroll on the Limmat River, watched river kayak polo (!) and found a vegetarian dinner out. Lovely lovely Zurich!
